Sewage Smell Traced and Cleared With a Dye Test on Royal Court, Burnley

A customer in Burnley had a sewage smell every time the washing machine ran, and had already cleaned the machine. So we checked the drains.

The manholes at the front and side were full of tissue, and the CCTV showed a blockage that had cleared itself and left the lines dirty. We washed, flushed and jetted up and downstream.

Then we dye tested from the kitchen sink, and the dye came through as it should. No further issues and the smell was gone.
