Concrete Found Inside a Drain on Marine Avenue, Burnley
The drain at this Marine Avenue property was blocked on arrival, and once our engineer cleared it, the camera showed something odd: stone and concrete sitting inside the pipe itself.
The only proper fix was to dig. We excavated down to expose the defective pipe, broke it out, confirmed the concrete inside, and replaced the section with new pipework.
The new line was CCTV'd to confirm good working order and test flushed, then the working area was reinstated and cleaned up. Tenant very happy with the works carried out.
