Surcharged Gully Traced to a Junction Blockage on Hurstwood Avenue, Burnley
The gully at the back of this Burnley property was surcharged, but the manhole was clear, so the problem had to be further along the line.
CCTV from the soil pipe showed a blockage at the junction onto the carrier line. We jetted it clear and ran the camera again.
The second survey showed a displacement on the junction. It is not urgent, but it is one to watch if the blockage comes back. Everything was free and flowing when we left.
